VICE PRESIDENT

The Vice President shall:

1] assume the duties of the President, should the President be unable to perform the duties.
2] assist the President in the execution his duties.

SECRETARY

The Secretary shall:

1] file all required documents with appropriate agencies as required.
2] assist the President in executing his duties.
3] be responsible for all correspondence.
4] maintain meeting minutes.

HOME

ROAD CAPTAIN

The Road Captain shall:

1] organize and insure the orderly undertaking of all IFMC events.
2] chair the ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE.

CHAPTER SERGEANT AT ARMS

The Sergeant At Arms shall:

1] be responsible for order at all gatherings as required.
2] forward reports of all incidents affecting IFMC to the Vice President.
3] assign provisional duties of a Sergeant At Arms to effectively maintain order.
