Articles 3,4 & 5

IFMC is of a patriotic American nature and the 'ARTICLES ' are included in this Charter for clarification, and represent the Philosophy and ideals of IFMC. Each clubhouse will display the 'ARTICLES' in written form as provided by the Executive Officers. The Ironhorse Originals will set policy nationwide.

1] We believe in the protection of the interest of bikers nationwide.
2] We believe our money is ours, not Liberal governmental functionaries, be it Democratic or Republican!
3] We believe owning guns makes us smart Americans, not killers.
4] We believe the president of the United States, whomever it may be, should place his hand over his heart and say the pledge of allegiance, and should have no reservations about wearing an American flag pin on his lapel.
5] We believe you must think things through before you act. Be certain you are right, and then proceed.
6] We believe that if it harms the club it must stay between you and God.
7] We love our country, but fear our government.

If this makes us BAD Americans, then yes, we are BAD Americans.

A United States of America Copyright was issued on June 18, 2007 and a Certificate of Registration containing Registration Number Txul-363-871 was issued to Robert John Kaiser II. Any reproduction, copying or use by other means not authorized by the author of 'IRONHORSE FACTION' and the 'EAGLE' are strictly prohibitied. All violations of this nature will be pursued by the author and the club.

All member cuts, printed material, patches, or other documents pertaining to IFMC, or containing the copyrighted material remain the sole property of IFMC and will be surrendered upon demand to IFMC.

From time to time IFMC may market products containing, or including, copyrighted material. These products may not be reproduced, copied, or used in any unlawful manner.

The wording 'IRONHORSE FACTION' is defined as a motorcycle club within the United States of America that generally and specifically disagrees with all actions, laws, and governmental restrictions denying or preventing the freedom of bikers.
