Because this document is available to all persons, IRONHORSE FACTION MOTOR CLUB (referred to in the remainder of this documents as IFMC), assumes and expects those individuals have read and agree with it contents prior to enagaing in/with IFMC. IFMC was formed to protect the interests of bikers throughout the United States. We believe in a strong and enduring Brotherhood and to that end, all members of IFMC as well as non-members, engaged in activities of/with IFMC agree to hold harmless IFMC, its members, Executive Officers, and/or all its assets for and from any and all reasons.
All Executive Officers are appointed by the founder, RJ 'Spider' Kaiser and not elected. The Executive Officers and Ironhorse Originals are as follows:
IFMC was founded in June 2007 in the State Of Nevada by RJ 'Spider' Kaiser and 'Fatboy'.
IFMC was filed with the 'AMA' as a Social Club and each clubhouse will display that certificate as provided.
IFMC sanctions the use of 'ROAD NAMES' and each is chosen by IFMC, and not individual members.
